1. Vacation Ownership Eligibility
The decision of Orchid Hospitality & Holidays Pvt. Ltd. (OHHPL)
regarding the eligibility of a purchaser for Vacation Ownership shall be final, non-negotiable, and at the sole discretion of the company.
2. Enquiry
All queries submitted via the online form on our website may be responded to by our Customer Care Team either through phone or email.
3. Booking Terms
- Accommodation will be provided only for the number of individuals as stated and confirmed under the chosen membership category.
- An Electronic Confirmation Voucher (e-CV) will be sent to the registered email address.
- Guests must present a printed or digital confirmation along with a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.

In the event OHHPL is unable to honor the booking at the selected property, alternate accommodation will be provided at a similar resort/hotel.

OHHPL reserves the right to add or remove properties from its listed resorts at its sole discretion. Display of a resort on our website does
not guarantee availability or booking.
4. Exchange Program
Vacation Owners may exchange their entitled week:
- Within current associate resorts (as published for the given year): Free of exchange fee.
- With partner properties (domestic/international): Subject to applicable exchange fees:

5. Vacation Ownership Payment

Customers may opt to convert the payment into EMI via selected banks, subject to the respective bank’s terms and applicable charges.

Payment for Vacation Ownership must be made by Cheque / Demand Draft / Pay Order / Credit Card / Debit Card, payable to
Orchid Hospitality & Holidays Pvt. Ltd.

Cash payments
must only be made at the company’s accounts department against a valid receipt. The company holds no responsibility for cash given to sales personnel or unauthorized representatives.
6. Resort Availability
Resort availability is dynamic and subject to real-time changes. All bookings are subject to confirmation based on real-time availability.
Note: Requests for transfer of booking confirmations are not accepted.

8. Confirmation of Understanding
By purchasing a package:
- The member confirms understanding and acceptance of the applicable terms, offers, and associated payments.
- All part-payments shall be first adjusted against outstanding interest and dues.
- No verbal or written commitments outside of the published Vacation Ownership terms shall be binding on the company.
9. Definitions
- Vacation Ownership: Entitles the purchaser to stay for specified days at OHHPL’s partner resorts/hotels.
- Day: Refers to the duration from check-in to checkout as per the policy of the specific resort/hotel.
10. Vacation Ownership Liability
The purchaser agrees to indemnify OHHPL against any loss, claims, or damages arising from the use of the Vacation Ownership offer.
11. Personal Injury Disclaimer
OHHPL is not liable for:
- Illness, injury, or death resulting from any third-party service or an unforeseeable event.
- Injury or costs arising from events beyond our control.
- Claims must be addressed through the customer's personal travel insurance.
We may provide assistance at our discretion, where possible.
12. Conduct Policy
We reserve the right to cancel bookings or deny service if:
- The guest exhibits disruptive, abusive, or threatening behavior.
- The guest is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or poses a health risk to others.
Consequences include:
- Immediate cancellation of your booking.
- Full cancellation charges.
- Eviction at own cost.
- Legal and financial claims for damages caused.
13. General Travel Advisory
- Customers must review official travel advisories before booking.
- Booking confirmations must be thoroughly reviewed upon receipt.
- Notify us within 24 hours of any discrepancies.
- Elements of the vacation package may be non-refundable.
- All images on the website are illustrative. Actual properties may vary.
14. Copyright & Legal Jurisdiction
By confirming a booking, you agree to all terms herein and:
- Consent to data processing as per applicable laws.
- Accept that this contract is governed by the laws of India.
- Submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi (India).
15. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from Vacation Ownership must first be addressed through OHHPL's Customer Service Cell for resolution.
16. Regulatory Compliance
Travelers must:
- Provide mandatory Passenger Name Record (PNR) details.
- Comply with all passport, visa, and immigration requirements.
- Ensure documents are valid and untampered.
OHHPL assumes no responsibility for denied travel due to non-compliance.
