REFUND POLICY

In case of any valid point of dissatisfaction with our services. The Member can cancel their OWNERSHIP within 10 days after taking first Holiday by writing to us at customercare@orchidhospitalityholidays.com

Refund will be processed after deducting Administration, AMC, GST, Bank/Payment gateway and Holiday charges. This Refund policy will not be applicable for regular Membership.
